Ethanol Content Sensor Mount (Universal)

This Ethanol Content Sensor Mount is 3D printed with High-Quality PA6 Carbon Fiber Nylon filament which is known for its extreme strength and temperature resistance. This means it will have no problem performing its job even in the hottest engine bays. I designed this sensor mount to cover up the unsightly appearance of the sensor itself to give the assembly a nice finished look so it can be mounted in a visible location if necessary without creating an eye sore. To complement this appearance it uses stainless steel flat-head bolts that will not rust and keep the mounting hardware out of sight when installed. Rather than use 3D-printed threads that can strip out, this sensor mount uses brass heat-set threaded inserts that are used on most OEM plastic components. The total weight of the sensor mount with hardware is 3.175 Ounces which is lighter than an aluminum equivalent for racers trying to save every bit of weight and keeping their engine bay looking nice in the process.

Fitment

This Flex Fuel Sensor Mount is made to fit GM/AC Delco Sensor with Part# 13577429 (Not Included). This mount is universal fit featuring two mounting holes spaced 44 mm apart to be used with the included M6-1.00 16 mm flat-head bolts.
