Shipping and Returns

Shipping:

  • Shipping is via USPS or UPS.  Both are ground.
  • Should you need specific shipping please contact us directly.
  • While we make every effort to get your parts shipped in a reasonable time, once the order has left our facility it is out of our hands.
    • We cannot and will not be held responsible for shipping delays that we have absolutely no control over.  Examples are:
      • Bob at the post office spilling his lunch on it and hiding the box.
      • Weather
      • Holidays
      • Alien invasion
      • Elections
      • Small gnomes
      • Janice at UPS making a Tic Tok and dropping your package at the wrong place
      • Chupacabra (seriously, you're on your own for this one)
  • Tracking numbers.  We totally send you tracking numbers as soon as we know what they are.  Sometimes if we're drop shipping an order we don't get that tracking number in like 3.2 seconds.  Give us a little bit to get that.
  • Check your email.  If you don't see an order update from us check your spam folder.
  • Check your mailbox!!!  If you're not holding your package in your hand at the end of day on your delivery date then please check your mailbox before contacting us.
    • Seriously.  Especially if you haven't been out to get the mail in a few days.

 

Backordered Items:

  • If a portion of your order contains a backordered item, then the entire shipment will be delayed until that item is in stock. 
    • We will make every effort to give you a reasonable ETA on the backordered item.
    • We will let you know if this happens.
    • If you're in a bind then reach out to us.  We're not animals, and will be happy to see if we can help you out.  We race too, and we understand the stress of wondering if a part will make it in time.

 

Returns:

  • New, unused parts may be returned with some exceptions.  See below.
  • Shipping fees will not be refunded. 
  • Normally stocked parts (TiC and Kartboy) can be returned in 30 days from shipment of order.
  • Subject to 20% restocking fee, and any shipping fees if they apply
  • Any items that are special order are not subject to return.
    • Anything custom made and designed specifically for you that's special order
    • Some crazy custom color.  That's special order.
    • Basically, if you're having us do something that is not a normal offering by the manufacturer then that's a special order.
    • If we make it individual to you, just you, and nobody else, then you own it.
  • Any electronic items are not subject to return.  You open it, you own it.
  • To initiate a return please contact support@turninconcepts.com with your order number and reason for return.
